Investment Process

As an Portfolio Partner, you will automatically receive regular updates from us detailing the latest investment opportunities available.

When you have read through the Investment Overview located on the website, and considered your options, if you wish to proceed with an off-plan purchase there is a straightforward reservation process, enabling you to plan your finances and make any necessary arrangements, as follows:

  1. Firstly, you will probably have a few questions which will need an answer before you make a final decision. Just give one of the team a call on 0121 450 4590 who will be happy to help.
  2. Once you have decided to proceed you will need to pay £1000 non-refundable reservation fee to hold the property. This can be completed online using your credit card.
  3. Once your interest has been registered, your reservation will be held for 48 hours.
  4. Within this time period, you will receive by e-mail all relevant documentation from us detailing your purchase (a hard copy will also be sent in the post to you).
  5. On receipt of this documentation, you should forward to us either by telegraphic transfer or cheque, your reservation fee (if not paid online) and our invoice amount. This must be received within 5days of your reservation.
  6. At the same time as writing to you, we will have sent a copy of your purchase details to our solicitors, who will act on your behalf to commence the legal process.
  7. When we have received cleared funds from you, our solicitor will send contracts for exchange from the developers’ solicitor to you. These documents need to be signed and returned to our solicitors together with exchange fees, and any solicitor’s fees, made payable to the solicitor.
  8. Once contracts have exchanged on the date specified on your reservation form, we will update you on a regular basis as to the progress with the build of your purchase.
  9. About 3 months prior to completion, we will be in touch with you again to discuss mortgage arrangements and any other of our services you may require.
  10. And of course we are always at hand for any advice and help you may need.
